I have never gone to the dentist regularly since I had a bad experience as a child. But all that changed after going to Dr. Gilmer. My anxiety of going to the dentist was directly related to pain. I went to Dr. Gilmer to have two teeth extracted and a filling replaced. They made sure I was numb and I honestly didn't feel a thing. After the numbness went away, I only had a little soreness that I was able to take care of with over the counter pain relievers. He was very professional and treated me like I was his only patient. He and his staff are extremely friendly and never had to ask "may I help you", they always addressed me as soon as I walked in and always knew who I was. "I was beyond pleased with my experience when I went to visit Dr Gilmer to get my crown put on. When I called to set up my appointment, they got me in the next day. They gave me plenty of information on how to get there and where to park. They made me feel very comfortable in the waiting room, the receptionist was very friendly, the pre-evaluation was great and the procedure was exceptional.
